During prostate surgery, some nerves that provide nerve supply to the perineal region may be stretched or affected.
Since it has just been 2 weeks since your surgery, it is too early to assess nerve function.
What was the reason for prostate surgery?
Was it an enlarged prostate?
A tingling within the penis and pain during or after passing urine would indicate an infection and would need further attention.
The best approach at this time would be to focus on healing and dealing with the sequelae of symptoms following prostate surgery.
Do discuss this further with your urologist if the tingling persists at levels that cause discomfort.
