This may be a case of folliculitis and seborrheic dermatitis.However,it is also significant that you have been diagnosed with scleroderma.Scleroderma can affect your scalp also as in the case of linear scleroderma. I suggest that you have this assessed by your dermatologist. You may need to be referred to a rheumatologist to have this assessed also.This does not appear to be a typical folliculitis presentation although folliculitis is still a differential.
