Chest X-ray Result

by Marie1227, May 31, 2008 02:49AM
My chest x-ray results were:

1.  lungs are clear
2. heart is not enlarged
3. aorta is tortuous
4. diaphragm sulci and bones are intact
IMPRESSION: atheromatous aorta
cholesterol: 207 mg%  (normal is up to 200% mg)
Hemoglobin, hematocrit, red blood cells count, white blood cells count, platelet count - all normal level.

Can anyone inform me if tortuous aorta can be treated through drug?  Thanks.
