Coronary Spasm

by Zinon, May 31, 2008 06:37AM

I am 47 years old male, I have been suffering from Chest pain since 1991.

I have done so many cardiac, and internal tests over the past years, I have seen so many cardiologists in deferent countries, USA, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. I have done 5 Heart Caths over the past years, the last one was on March, 2008. All were normal, all doctors kept saying that your problem is not cardiac

My symptoms as follow:

- Sever Chest pain
- Trouble breathing with heavy chest
- It radiates to my jaws, nick and left arm and shoulder
- Dizziness, and feeling of blackout for a second
- Heart burn and nausea
- Chills and feeling cold
- Bluer vision
- Some time cough to clear mucus out of my throat
- Some times, tongue pain
- Discomfort and lack of energy

The pain used to come almost once a week or every three days , but now these attacks comes daily, and it is getting  worse every day. No specific time of the day for these attacks, it could come any time of the day,  and most of the time during resting, it is not related to exercise, but sometimes it gets worse if I do any efforts.

I was taking Co-diovan for blood pressure; they switched me recently to Norvasc 5mg. Some times the pain gets worse with nitro.

Some times, they used to say cardiac Neuroses, but till now not one single doctor had the right diagnoses for my condition, in spite all the doctors and all the tests I have done in so many countries.

Pls advise how to deal with this condition and if any medications or certain things makes it go away, and the best way to get relief.

Thank you
