22yrs,male,juvenile diabetes from 10 yrs of age,history of auto immune disorder in the  family members,if that person gets married to a normal  woman,is ther any chance of diabetes in the child,is there any chance for autoimmune disorder in the child

From what I have read, type I diabetes is not hereditary.....

there is a slight increased risk, type 1 is partly genetic with an enviromental trigger which noone has been able to isolate what that is. i dont know how high the increased risk is. if i were you i would go see your endo, see what he says and get a referral to a genesatist if he feels its required, good luck
