4 yr old daughter who needs help

I have a 4 yr old daughter who suffers from i dont know what. I have been thru 3 pediatricians, and ENT and now and allergist. She is constantly sick. She suffers from what i would call an over production of mucus. She has chronic bronchitis, sinus infections, flu, etc. She has had multiple chest & sinus films that have negative results. The allergy testing we have put her thru only showed allergy to tree pollen.
My question is, what else could possibly be wrong? What else do I need to look at? Any suggestions?
She has been on multiple medications, i.e., claritan, zyrtec, etc. that have absolutely no effect on her at all.
