2months late what gives?

okay girls... long story short 1st pregnancy took till i was 13weeks to get a BFP on urine test; 2nd pregnancy @ 5wks i still got neg BLOOD test which was a false neg cause i lil man is 2 now. so my current situation is this, ive missed two cycles ,HPT's (at dr's) are coming out neg, the blood test taken a month ago was also neg. i finally went the the OBGYN off a referral from my family dr cause i didnt have one and he sent me to one. i went friday she says my ovaries and everything are fine and also ordered a blood test to check for pregnancy and prolactin levels. has this happened to anyone? i'm not stressed or anything... and a recap from my af due in april i had brown spotting that started on the day af was due....which has stopped by now of course.... i'm so confused. i havent really been eating much at all yet im a litttle bigger in certain areas.

what abouthaivng an ultrasound done to see if you are pregnant?

she says if the results from my bloodwork come back fine then we'll do an ultrasound. if im not pregnant i dont know what else it could be....ive had three pregnancy dreams since march. 2 of them all i saw was a blue positive preg test which is weird cause i never use the plus or minus tests only the dollar tree ones and in the other one i was sitting somewhere waiting and all of a sudden i felt the baby move and thats when i had realized i was 5mths preg. odd dream.
