MRI on Brain

I had a Mri done on my brain last April and it was fine then i had   a catscan done on it last may..........im having righsided face pain and head pain,,,,,,,could be sinus but im afraid its a stroke or brain tumor         if my brain was ok last year should i worry about something being wrong with it now?  I know this sounds silly,I have GAD bad anxiety

Hello  Dear,
There Could be different causes for the headache like trigeminal neuralgia,tension headache,head injury,sinusitis etc .Anxiety excessive, uncontrollable and often irrational worry about everyday things, which is disproportionate to the actual source of worry.
Just relax,meditate and keep your mind cool.
