What is this?

by paolita1981, Jun 01, 2008 03:53PM
Several weeks ago I had a sore throat that hurt all the way to my ears, I went to the doctor and gave Amoxicilin for 10 days 3 times a day. I finish my prescription and felt better, however a couple of week ago I started feeling discomfort every time I had a kind long conversation. It as almost a feeling that it hurt to talk! Anyways, it went away and now I have this pain almost permanent of pressure in my throat but it is lower almost by my voice box toward the bottom of my neck! I could say it feels like tightness. I don't have problems of voice change or cough or swelling. I do feel pain and pressure and sometimes feeling that I can't swallow but when it I have no problems. Help me what it could be, should I go to the doctors right away, or I should try some over the counter anti inflammatory.

I have the samething, I never really thought about it because it comes and goes.
If you hear anything I would love to know.
