what is a low bp, my normal bp is 135/75 everytime i visit the doctors they tell me this is good, i do suffer from svt and use a wrist monitor to check my pulse rate and it does my bp at the same time, it's often reading 90/45 is this low???? should i be concerned? i often check it twice but it usually gives the same reading so i presume the monitor is not faulty. i have never really understood bp can anyone explain cheers!!!
