after the period

I posted a question a few weeks ago, after a D&C. I have seen my period since the surgery.
I was wondering was I pregnant after the procedure, had many symptoms such as nausea, breasts
were very tender, cramps just like a period was coming. Well the period lasted for 3 days only, very heavy
though. I'm usually 5 days into bleeding. I still feel breast soreness, nausea, cramping as though my uterus
is growing in size.
What else can cause these symptoms to occur?

I remember that happening to me after my d&c. I'm sure it's b/c your body is trying to get back to the way it was before you were pregnant. I know, i swore after my first period after my d&c, i thought i was pregnant again, but wasn't. I wouldn't worry about it!
