Gynecomastia question

by HelpMeePlease, Jun 02, 2008 11:40AM
I believe I might of developed some sort of Gynecomastia from years of taking anti- anxiety and anti-depressants such  as clonazepam  and effexor.  I am off the medications but the side effect of Gynecomastia still remains.  Can I get rid of this through diet and exercise or is surgery the only way?

Surgery would be the only reliable method of reducing gynecomastia (either via liposuction or a combination of liposuction and tissue resection).
