On Doxycycline 'til Monday night, get period Tue.or Wed., perscribed 2 Diflucan for yeast - when should I take them to be effective?

So I've been on Doxycycline since Friday and get off them next Monday night. I always get yeast infection from antibiotics so I have two Diflucan to take for that. Now I feel like I may already have one but I'm noit sure when to take them to be effective against the yeast lest they ware off before the antibiotics. Whats more is I get my period a day or two after my last two doses of Doxy; I've always heard that one should wear a tampon with a yeast infection but blood irritates my hymanal remnant. So I have to or I'll be in even more pain likely and I don't wanna risk it They weren't real specific with me and they're not a primary doctor so I cannot just call.
So should I take one now and another one at the end of my course? One at the end of my course and another a week later?
If anybody knows what would be most effective then I'd appreciate the insight. Thanks.

I usually take it at the beginning or middle of my course of antibiotics, and it works for me.
