what is happening?

last night when i went to the bathroom, it burned really bad when i peed, but the feeling was odd. I felt like it didnt just burn, but like something was about to come out besides just pee, it was an awful feeling. I cant exactly describe it, i guess you could say it felt like my bladder was falling out. Also, when i wiped it was like a pink color, but the color was normal in the toilet. That only happened twice last night, but that burning feeling, and the bladder falling feeling is still happening, even right now, it burns even after im done in the bathroom, like if im just sitting down. I dont know what to do about this. Also, i havent gotten my period in 2 months either. I thought it could be pregnancy, but all my tests were negative and now this is happening. recently for the past couple weeks ive also been having really bad upper leg cramps, sometimes it would last all day. and im having a little trouble sleeping. I dont know if this has anything to do with what im describing, but id really appreciate any help i could get, im kind of worried about this, not to mention its a little painful.

THe voiding trouble may be a bladder infection, and you need to get tested for aUTI and treated promptly. THe no period for 2 months could also be pregnancy, though less likely if you had negative urine pregnancy tests. The blood pregnancy test is more sensitive, and you might consider getting a blood test. Other things that could cause skipped periods include obesity, which can cause hormone imbalances that can affect your periods (sometimes called polkycystic ovary disease), thyroid problems, sometimes also severe stress. You may want to get checked for these if your period does not come within the next couple of months. If you have a uterus, and are not on hormones, you should be having regular periods, otherwise you may be at risk for precancerous cells developing in  your uterus and this is not a good thing.

Get to your doctor immediately.
It could be a bladder infection, but could also be kidney stones. You don't want to wait to see if it gets better, see your physician so they can do a urinalysis and get you treated.
