i need advise

i have a red coloured small lump on the foreskin of my penis which is worrying me. i sumtimes get small white dots around it aswel. what could this be?

Hi Andy,

I would like to know few things more about your lump.
Does it have a discharge? and if yes whats the colour n smell of discharge?

Are u active sexually? and do u have unprotected sex? If yes please stop unprotected sex asap.

This lumps could be just nonspecific ones or a sign of any sexually transmitted disease.
Chill but dont neglect it.
