Son's mother isn't following up with sons prescribed med.

My son is four years of age and has been diagnosed with asthma since 2.   He has an eating irregularity, one in which when he eats certain foods he chokes and/or gags unless he is taking singular regularly by doctors order.  I am witness to it taming his eating difficulty and sent him back into his mother's custody with the prescription and she assured she'd be following up on it.  She didn't and sent my son into sickness as he was in the ER with an Ear Ache, Vomitting and running a fever of 103-5 (all symptoms of stopping or reducing the medication), no more than 4 days after he returned.  When asked about this his mother said she was told by her PCP to use SIngular as a PRN for allergies.  I've read up on Singular and Nowhere does it say it can be used as a PRN but Explicity says that it is not to be used as such and that for singular to be effective with allergies it's to be used daily at roughly the same time for best results.   FYI He has now completely given up on french fries.... HE's 4!!!
