Sinus Tachycardia after OHS to fix mitral valve

Hi there.
I am 8 weeks post-op after OHS to fix mitral valve (annuloplasty).
I ended up in Hospital again on Monday. Did not feel well and went to GP who did ECG with results: twave abnormality, something about Ischemia, left atrial enlargement, sinus tachycardia 132...
GP send me back to Cardio who did all the tests possible and conclusion: permanent sinus tachy of range 110-140 b/min. I was then transferred to a Heart Hospital. Had more tests done by EP Specialist who did my Cardiac Ablation last year. HR when I am in deep sleep: 90-120 b/min.
I was discharged today, but have to go back again when I am 3 months post op (end June). They want to make sure that it is not an electrical problem, but it is to soon post-op to tell if there were nerves damaged during the op, or if it is just something that will sort itself out. In the meantime I have been put on beta-blockers and BP meds that will control BP (hypotention), but I still have CHF and Atrial enlargement and the fast HR is not helping at all.
Aparently there is a CHANNEL BLOCKER (Corolan) that Medici is still working on that can help me, but it is only available in EUROPE/Buenos Aires?
Has anyone heard of such meds?

I had a visit with my cardiologist Tuesday and my MVR was discussed. I have been following your recovery and taking notes:)
The doc said I could have and likely to have heart issues up to a year or more after surgery. My MVR is believed to be due ischemia that caused an enlarged left ventricle, but reverse remodeling of the LV has not reduced MV...maybe some..
I don't have any symptoms and to have surgery that may cause symptoms is my dilemma. Sorry to hear of your recent problems. I wish you quick relief to your symptoms. Take care.
