Why won't anyone answer my question?

by kimbole2, Jun 05, 2008 12:57PM
I posted this about 3 hrs ago and I have gotten a response yet.....  :(

Here is my post from Tues. May 3rd:
My last AF started May 28th and ended May 31st.  Well today (June 3rd) I have been experiencing some sharp pains on the right side of my pelvic area.  Could this be ovulation pains this soon?  I really need to know, because If it is, then me and DH need to get busy!

Today My question is: Okay, I thought that I may be ovulating so my dh and I decided to bd and use the Instead softcup to hold the sperm as close to my cervix as possible.  Well on Thursday (June 4) when I removed the Instead softcup (TMI) I noticed that there was a bid glob of mucous in it.  My question is, did that come from me or does sperm look mucousy too?  All my life I have never seen cervical mucous, I always thought that I was one that just didn't get it.  I hope it was from me, because doesn't that mean I really was/am ovulating?

I also miscarried April 1st, so this is why I don't know when I'm ovulating.

The only thing i could help answer is if you had a miscarriage april 1st then it is quite possible that it is too soon to start. I mean your body will ovulate but may not be ready to conceive again. I had a miscarriage and waited about 3 or so months to get pregnant again. Dont rush it. your body may not be ready. And the mucous part could be the sperm and yours mixed together. what colour was it? because it does come out after a male ejaculates into you

I have never heard of sharp pains while ovulating, but I do know that sharp pains in your right side of your pelvic area, could also mean a number of other things.  It could very well be an STD, and a mucous discharge could also be a sign.  If you continue to have this discharge on your own, you should go see your GYN.  Don't want to scare you, but this happened to me this is why I am telling your this.  If you continue to have pain in your pelvic area see your doctor.  Waiting will only make it worst if it is a STD.  GOOD LUCK!
