different sizes, shapes

Since the surgery my right breast has been slightly larger, slower to heal, and now feels different than the left.  Three months post op, I am experiencing a mild burning pain in this breast. Am I completely healed now or will this improve? It feels like it's not placed as well and the other. Is that possible?  And is that what could be causing the discomfort?

The most common cause of shape discrepancy (aside from pre-existing asymmetry) with discomfort, is the development of capsule contracture.  Sometimes even at three months post-op, healing is not complete.  You surgeon should be able to advise you about the likely cause of your current symptoms.
