6 year old with small hard lump on back of lower neck

by dmom2, Jun 05, 2008 08:51PM
My 6 year old has a small hard pea sized lump on the back of her lower neck.  It does not hurt her.  It is a bit darker than her skin color.  I took her in to see a doctor who told me since it's not hurting her to wait and see if it grows.  This has left me very unsettled.  Yes, it worries me.  What could it be?
