How long have you had these cysts?
Since how many days have you had the increasing growth in the cyst? Did you have any other symptom (other than pain) accompanying them?
When did you have the cysts evaluated by your doctor?
If the increase in he size of the cyst has occurred over a short duration of time, you need to see your doctor at the earliest.
If the cyst is larger than your testes, there is bound to be discomfort while performing your daily activities. In such a case, your doctor will evaluate your condition and discuss possible treatment options, such as surgical reduction or removal of the cyst.
Epididymal cysts that do not cause any problem are usually left alone as they do not turn cancerous. This is in view of the fact that any intervention involving the epididymis could result in complications affecting fertility.
Do keep us posted on your doubts and progress.
