Frozen Shoulder

by Best59, Jun 06, 2008 01:16PM
I have right now in my right shoulder. 6 years ago I had in my left shoulder. It is very painfull, I have a limited arm and shoulder movements. I'm using ICE, swimming, and physical therapies. Do you have any other magical things to do? The doctor told me approx. 6-12 months to feel better. The good thing is,  if you had once, never come back!!
I can not sleep, move, driving and working, typing is very  limited. My pain is going down from my neck, shoulder to arm and fingers...

Hi

Anectodal reports say that food rich in chondroitin sulphate help with joint pains..also NSAIDs and intra-articular steroidal injections can help the pain go away..
