vaginal fluis

i recently had sex with a chinese women, at a message spa.. she gave oral protected and then we had sex protected. while we were having sex i switch positions and i had to put my right hand on the condom so i could stick it in again and my hand was covered with her vaginal fluids from the outside of the condom. then five minutes after i left. i went to smell my fingers with the same hand i touched the condem with and i accedently touched my top lip.. my question is wats the chances of getting hiv or any std after touching your lip with the finger that had vaginal fluid on it. but im wondering since it was about 10 min after the incident does the vaginal fluids dry up and aren't as effective. please help me from all my worrying.. thanks
