Sexual problems overview desire while fantasizing or while intimate with my partner, I feel a warm, somewhat tingly sensation and my whole crotch area feels "full". I could feel this "full" feeling with or without even touching myself or stimulation involved. I suppose this is because of vasocongestion?
But if I am looking at porn, I tend to feel mainly a pulsing sensation. Although I much enjoy the warm, full, tingly sensations, I don't understand why I tend to feel pulsing mainly with porn. Does pulsing signify higher or lower arousal or is it just a variance?
I do not understand why the sensations I feel from porn feel different.
