Hello,

We all suffer from it when we're young lol.

You can go to your GP and they can prescribe you some cream and tablets, I found the cream was really effective, when most normal counter creams had no effect for me.
But with the tablets, I didn't like taking often as you had to have an empty stomache, this ment not eating or drinking an hour before or after taking them, so I can't give a very useful feedback on them.

Just to point out as this is common, don't scrub your skin really hard daily as this will leave you with dry sour skin and most of the protective oils on your skin could be washed off, thus leaving you at more risk to infection. So when washing your face, don't use massive force.

Also, they say what you eat has a effect over your spots, this is not true, as spots are made as a result of hormones in your skin. The hormone Sebum is released during adolesence, when too much is in your blood stream, it clogs up your skin pause and puss etc rushes in to try and sort it out, this is what you get in white heads.
This happens because your body is still trying to work out the right amounts it thinks it needs.

So don't be put off foods because people say it causes acne because it's not true, it's just one of them myths that we all hear =]

Thanks

-John-
