4 yr olds w/stomach pain, no appetite, excessive gas

My daugther had the stomach flu/or food poisoning (no fever and nine other family members attending the same wedding got sick) this was her first throw up sickness. After 2 days she was better but now it has been a week and she still will barely eat. After 3 bites she says her stomach hurts. I have noticed she is more thirsty and has more than normal gas. No fever and stomach pain is waking her up at night. Her bowel movements are very loose. She is very small and really can not afford not to eat, HELP!
