Late and 2 Negative HP Test

I had a Tubal Ligation back in 2002 my periods have always been on time ( every 28 days) now I am 12 days late. I took cheap HP test on friday it showed neg and I took another today and it was neg. Does any one have any advice or insight on successful pregancies after tubal ligation? I would appreciate it!
