sauna/pneumonia

Doe it help to sit in a sauna and sweat when you have broncial pneumonia?
Is it good to take a small walk?

The sauna probably has little effect on pneumonia, one way or the other.  The downside with the dryness is that it might make mucus more viscous and tenacious and more difficult to raise.

Taking a walk is probably a good thing to do, assuming you are not weak, dizzy or have a fever.
