Small C Antigen

by sonymakk, Jun 10, 2008 05:38PM
Hi,
With the birth of my second child my blood started creating the "small C" antibody. I understand the future pregnancy issues completely my question is if I get a blood transfusion, lets say i get in a car accident and I am bleeding out and the hospital gives me blood to save my life. They don't know that I have the small c antibody so they give me blood that has the C attached to the blood molecule. How does this now affect my blood. Will my blood start to reject the blood that just saved my life? And does this now affect my health?

Thanks
