Anyone have issues with Ambien- like waking in the night?

Does anyone else on Ambien wake after like 4 hours sleep? Or through wake out the night? Anyone take Ambien CR? If so, do you still fall asleep fast like with regular Ambien? I do this religiously, after 4 hours sleep I wake up, sometimes I go right back to sleep and then other lovely nights, such as tonight, I am WIDE awake! Wonder if I need to talk to doc about this. Tonight I woke in pain, real pain, wonder if that has something to do with it?.
