Pain! Pain! Pain!

Recently I was at my family doctor. I described pain which I was having. This pain occurs usually in my pelvic area. Right above my pelvic bone. Usually it occurs througout my abdomin. It is not specific to one side or another. The pain is stabbing pain. Shooting sometimes. It does not radiate or throb. Sometimes it is so diabling that I am on the floor buckled in pain. I am sometimes rendered immobile, sometimes for seconds, sometimes for minutes, sometimes for hours. I cannot say for certain that it is relieved or caused my bowel movements, although I have been trying to identify it as such.   My doc asked if it occured on my left side. He pushed the area and where it hurt. He said that he wanted to test against all gastrointestinal causes. He assured me that it could NOT be cancer, as I am too young. I am not! I am 22 years old, I will be 23 at the end of June. I have been on OC since I was 15 and have been sexually active since shortly after that. I have been tested for STI and have come back "clean". Anyway, my doctor tested me for bladder tests and infections and all sorts of other things. I had a cystoscopy, a test of my urinary tract. All which came back "good"...
I can assure you they are NOT normal, but to the assurance of doctors, they are. I was sure that it had something to do with my reproductive organs! I went to see a seuxal health clinic for blood work, and decided to ask for a PAP TEST, since the health nurse there looks at those kinds of things all the time. I just wanted her to take a look and tell me what she thought. Anyway, as it turned out that PAP came back Abnormal.  Since I have had Abnormal and Irregular PAP TESTS in the past, the health nurse believed that we should NOT take any chances. Therefore she made me an appointment with an Obs/Gyn..after more tests a COLPOSCOPY it was discovered that I had abnormal cells in my cervix condusive to cancer. I had GRADE 2 Abnormal Cells...
I was booked, and had a LEEP surgery; After all was said and done, I was sure that the pain was a result of my pre-cancerous cells. When the pain continued following my surgery, I consulted my Obs/Gyn who concluded that the pains I am expereincing are in no way affiliated with my cervial dysplasia.
I had a laproscopy also during my surgery. They were under the impression that my pain may be a result of endometriosis (sp). The diagnostic laproscopy was inconclusive for endometriosis. Unfortunately for me...Meaning they were still unsure WHAT was causing my severe pain and discomfort.
My Surgeon, also my Obs/Gyn, was only able to find scarring on my bowels. More specifically lesions on parts of my large intestine. I was informed that removal of these lesions could result in more pain and may worsen the scarring and only temporarily reduce the pain and frequency.
My Obs/Gyn has prescribed me Tylenol3, an anti-inflammatory with codeine, as a temporary pain relief. Unfortunately, as I wonder if it is the same for you, I can not predict when the onset of the pain will occur! It is random...sometimes frequent and disabling...and sometimes dull and scarse...
I am scheduled to see my Obs/Gyn/Surgeon again, as a follow up. I am requesting an MRI and CT Scan to help diagnose my problem further. As no one is really sure what is causing my pain. I am going back for another COLPOSCOPY as it turns out that the cells that they removed for the biopsy during my LEEP, were infact a GRADE3, being the last grade before CANCER.  I know that I will be needing at least a LEEP sometime later this summer, if not a conservative surgery for CANCER.

DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ANYTHING I AM SAYING? I AM SEARCHING FOR ANSWERS!! I WISH I KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ME!!
