Temporal Lobe Epilepsy vs Multiple Sclerosis

I know there are a couple of similar posts but I would like to add my own!!

A few years ago I was diagnosed with TLE. I have never had a tonic-clonic or any sort of convulsing seizures.
Four weeks ago I woke up dizzy and nauseated. This progressed to me not being able to see and having space outs one after the after. I was admitted to hospital the next day and stayed there for 4 days. My vision was tunnel like with everything vibrating, moving and ghost outlines appeared around everything. My whole body would become heavy like gravity had increased. I was allowed to leave hospital because I could finally walk by myself. For the next week my eyes were still not clear. The world wasn't real and everything seemed alien and my eyes ached. Since leaving hospital I have had reoccuring seizures at least once a day. I would first feel my tongue go numb, my lips would tingle and I would feel a cool water sensation over my left shoulder. This would be followed by the heavy feeling. I would then loose capability to walk either just before or during space outs were I would sometimes have my head and arms convulsing. My hands would clench and my legs would tighten. Some times I remember and sometimes I wouldn't. My neurologist has just uped my medication and told me that we "can't rule out psychological" which made me so made. I am now on tegretol and epilum. What has happened the last month is completely foreign to me. I have been getting some of my usual aura's such as seeing people and hearing telephones ringing.

What makes me think of MS is that I have spent years of being extremely fatigued. I have just carried on. I have also been diagnosed with "soft tissue rheumatism"so all areas around joints ache. I have zero sexual drive and a year ago I had severe abdominal pain that lasted for months and confused doctors. On top of this I often get constipation, memory problems (I cant read anymore because I can never remember the previous paragraph), thinking in general or talking (this I haev seen get worse over the past year), understanding words in a sentence. I often have muscle pain in my arms and my legs often get pins and needles.

Is MS possible? Should I ask further about it?
Maybe I just have an unfortunate series of illnesses...sigh
I have had an autoimmune disease before, I had neutropenia up until I was 8.
