Thyroid test results question

On March 13, 2008 my TSH was 0.077. The endocrinologist thought my low TSH was from the Herceptin I was getting for Inflammatory Breast Cancer and when treatment ended I would normalize. He ordered the following blood work. He said he would call me if I had a thyroid problem. He didn't call so I assumed I was fine. Here are my results:
Thyroxin - 1.8, Free thyroxin index 1.7, Thyrotropin 64, Thyroglobulin AB A 640 titer, and Thyroid peroxidase Ab A 80 titer.
Here is a brief history of my last year: IBC Diagnosed April 07, ER/PR- Her2 +
Dose Dense AC x 4
Taxol/Herceptin 12 weekly doses
10-15-07 MRM, no cancer in breast or nodes
Completed 2x daily radiation Jan. 15, 2008
Herceptin every 3 weeks until June 2, 2007
Should I call this doctor back or not worry about these test results?
