Who knows software to avoid eye strain

by Kiolva, Jun 12, 2008 03:31AM
Hello,
I use computer every day for a long time. And my eyes are very tired and painful. I hear that special programs, called break reminders, helps to avoid eye strain. Who knows such programs? Please advice me.

Thank you in advance

You don't need software. Every 10-15 minutes look up from your computer screen and focus on something far away (out the window, down the hall, etc) and blind forcefully 4-5 times. Its just like getting up and stretching your body after sitting at a baseball game (think 7th inning stretch).
