how do i get my son to pooh in the toilet

my son turned four in April, and yet he still poohs in his pants. he has been urinating in the toilet unassisted for almost a year, but wont pooh. we tried to give him  reinforcement with toys, bought him movies, tried the guilt trip, tried the your a big boy speech, nothing seems to be helping. what can i do?

Not sure if this will help you but it did me!  When my 3 year old kept  pooping in his pants I had had it!  I made him carry the poopy underwear to the toilet and dump his own terds down the the toilet, he gagged all the way.. I really had a hard time not laughing at him because of all the gagging but the very next day he took off for the toilet screaming "I have to poop and I am going to the potty"!  It was a wonderful day!   And that was the end of the dirty pants,, good luck to you!

My 4 year old son won't do poo's in the toilet either, he turns 5 in december and he just won't do it, a few months ago he was doing really well and i thought ya finally, i have done the sticker chart and that worked well so i weaned him off of it and now he just poo's his undies all the time so i thought i would do the ticker chart again but he doesn't seem interested in it.
HELP what do i do!!!!!!!
