Albendazole for deworming adults

What is the correct dosage of albendazole for generic deworming as a preventivePreventive health care measure for adult men? Is 400 mg tablet enough? Should it be had once or for three consecutive days or with a weekly interval? Does it work against tapeworm?
Please advice. Does body weiight determine dosage?
