Welcome to the morning anxietyGeneralized anxiety disorder Separation anxiety Stress and anxiety club! I suffer with that every morning...some mornings, very very little...other mornings I have dry heaving. It usually goes away after about an hour. Once I am showered and READY for my day...whether it is going to work or home on weekends, I find once I am ready to begin doing what I need to do I feel better.
It is so part of my normal routineRoutine sputum culture that I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't have it all the time!
I always admire people (like my husband) who can turn on the news and have a cup of coffee and just relax before starting his day. I have to get up and go or else it will last and last.
I have no answers for you....like I said, working through it and getting "ready" for my day helps me. I wish you the best to find the answer that works for you.

Ha---I like that "morning anxietyGeneralized anxiety disorder Separation anxiety Stress and anxiety club" Yes--I'm like you---if Ijust lay in bed, it seems to get worse and worse, so I have to get up and do something. And I also get so jealous of my hubby who wakes up so cool, calm and collected every morning...he actually "needs" caffiene to get him awake. Must be nice! haha
