My girlfriend is older than 26.  Would the Gardisil be effective for her?  Also I have not had an occurence for over 2 years.  Am I infectious?  Our incormation is conflicting.  Any answer and evidence would be greatly appreciated.

I would highly recommend her getting Gardisil.  It will protect her from the most common HPV's that she hasn't been exposed to yet.  It protects against the most common 2 high risk and 2 low risk.  If she has already been exposed to one of those 4, it won't help her however it will protect against the ones she hasn't been exposed to.
