Could this be a sign of cancer?

I have been experiencing abnormal symptoms the past few weeks and I want to know whether or not I should worry about the worst possible scenario, cancer. Here are my symptoms:
- stomach aches after eating
- frequent stool (2-3 times daily)
- light brown almost yellowish stool but still in a log shape
- sometimes diarrhea but maybe once every few weeks
- somewhat sore throat, but not stopping me from daily activities
- chest pains on outer pectoral (diagnosed as musle knots but i dont know what to believe)
- frequent urination
- sweating easily
(also, just eariler today i had diarrhea and it was a much darker color than usual. i could also see chunks of oatmeal in it from breakfast.)
could these be signs of liver cancer or any other types of cancer? i am on sertraline which is an anxiety med.

This could be as simple to treat as gastritis-chest pain could be due to esophagitis, and an infective diarrhoea.
A course of anti-biotics with B-complex vitamins should settle the diarrhoea.
You could try syrups/gels which aid in digestion and antacid medications for 15 days.
If these symptoms have been coming on and off for a few months then you do need to get it avaluated further.
Considering that you are on treatment for anxiety, that in itself can lead to the above symptoms.
