Tiny red painless bumps on penis

I have 4 tiny red painless bumps on the head of my penis......i have had unprotected sex with my girlfriend and i noticed these bumps about a week after we had sex. I have no idea what they could be and im scared. can anyone help?

Not sure what you mean when you say tiny but if you have to really strain to see it, it's not herpes. On the other hand, if it is noticable and the time line does fit a herpes outbreak, you may want to get it checked ASAP so a Dr. could look at it and say yes or no. Don't wait for it to disappear. If you have it now and can see them, get it looked at before they disappear and then no one will know what it is till a few months when the blood tests would be accurate. Also, get into this with your girlfriend and see if she is positive for HSV. Get it checked out ASAP!!!!
