What this sound like is normal excretion of stools. The reflex which causes evacuation of the bowels is associated with a sensation of discomfort.
Do you have any associated symptoms of loss of weight/appetite, any changes in bowel movement-in terms of frequency/quantity/character?
If yes to any of the above ,then you need to get evaluated further.
The irritation could be due to a particular type of food consumed which might have caused amild inflammation.
It should settle down in aweek to 10 days.
