gym

by vicky10, Jun 13, 2008 11:30AM
was working out in the gym. I could not go to the gym for the last one year. I felt acupe pain in my back and in the chest both side. I was taken to the nearest health center. My B.P. and pulse rate were normal so I did not get bothered. But after 30 minutes I did not feel relief so I was taken to well equipped heart hospital. There I was gone under angiography and I was told that I had a blockage of minor plaque in my RCA. Doctors put a stent in my RCA and blockage was totally removed. Now I am recovering my health under the guidence of cardiologist. Within one and half hour I got stent. Even then any chances to permanant damage to my heart? Can I do weight trainging after one year. I had been a good athlete. Due to strong family history and smoking I got grabed in this situation. I am 35 years old. Can I develop my muscles again after one or two years after the recovery??
