Hi,
A headache  is a condition of pain in the head; sometimes neck or upper back pain may also be interpreted as a headache.
The vast majority of headaches are benign and self-limiting. Common causes are tension, migraine, eye strain, dehydration, low blood sugar, and sinusitis. A large percentage of headaches among women are caused by ever-fluctuating estrogen during menstrual years. This can occur prior to, or even during midcycle menstruation.
Not all headaches require medical attention, and many respond with simple analgesia (painkillers) such as paracetamol/acetaminophen or members of the NSAID class (such as aspirin/acetylsalicylic acid or ibuprofen).
If it migraine too, these drugs can help reduce it if taken at the beginning of the attack.
Since it is associated with blurry vision it is best evaluated further.

Hi,

I would suggest you to please get your blood measure measured to rule out hypertension. Excessive fatigue can also cause headaches, lightheadedness and numbness. A constant headache should always be clinically evaluated. I would suggest you to schedule an appointment with your physician and undergo a complete physical and neurological examination.
