hi again, i didnt realize that you have pcos but anyways im trying to get pregnant also and my dr gave me metformin 1500mg a day and for my understanding it helps balance out your hormone so that you can start having regulated periods and once that happens you'll start to ovulate but some women take metformin along with clomid i haven't started that yet i want to see if i can get pregnant with out the clomid i've only been on metformin for a month now ,but if your dr perscribe it for you make sure you take it with food or milk and make sure you have alot of baby wipes :)
