i have had gynecomastia since i was 15, i am so embarassing, i do not know what to do?

This problem can be corrected with surgery.  Seek a consultation with a local plastic surgeon.  It can sometimes be corrected with liposuction alone, but often requires a combination of surgical removal of the breast tissue along with liposuction.
