Cold/Flu?

by Abbasingo, Jun 14, 2008 04:52AM
I went out last week on a saturday night and it was a cold night, like alot of winds and even raining abit here and there, anyway i was only wearing jeans and a buttoned short sleeve shirt, i went into a club with my mate and it was reasonably hot/warm in there and we stayed for some time, after we started to leave i started to feel a little sick and we went outside to go home and it was FREEZING cold and starting to rain again, so i started to get really really cold. anyway i got home and the next day i felt like i was going to throw up and sick, light headed etc, i kinda still feel light headed and sick now and i wanted to know how long does this cold usually go for? what can i do to make it better??
