numness in right hand and arm

have been having numness in right hand, and this am woke with numness in both hand and arm which will not go away

Hello Dear,
You should consult a neurologist and get complete neurological examination done to evaluate the cause of pain and numbness.There could be degenerative spine changes.You can consult a physiotherapist . Neck exercises with yoga will give you some relief. Are you hypertensive?Do you take any medication?You should go in for  MRI to rule out any pathlogical cause.
