Treatment for Chronic Small Vessel Ischemia

My mother, who is 72, had an MRI with the following findings:  No evidence of acute ischemic injury on diffusion-weighted images.  There are small areas of increased signal on FLAIR and T2-weighted images in the periventricular white matter, which are nonspecific in appearance but likely reflect chronic small vessel ischemia given the patient's age.  There is less than 1 cm right parafalcine homogeneously enhancing mass at the vertex, compatible with a meningioma.  This does not have any impact on the adjacent parenchyma.  No similar lesion identified elsewhere.  The brain is otherwise normal in appearance.
She has had many symptoms that some have said might be directly related to the chronic small vessel ischemia condition: severe ear-aches, headaches/migraines, constant dizziness, gastro-intestinal issues, burning sensation in her mouth, burning sensation on her left side of the head.
Can you please give us some recommendations on treatments, or specialists to see in the US?

Hi, please take neurologist advice for treatment; drugs like aspirin and clopidogrel are usually prescribed for these kinds of situations. As far as symptoms like burning sensations are concerned, drugs like gabapentin, venlafaxine are given for these kinds of neuralgias.

Other possibility for her symptoms could be vestibulopathy (inner ear disease), cervical spondylosis etc. Please follow doctor’s advice
