How do I fix it?

by bioclock1, Jun 14, 2008 01:27PM
Hi all!! I have been told my doctors in the past year or so that i may have mild forms of asthma. However, we discovered that if I stay away from Cats or anything cat related, i'm fine. So the rent house we were in turned out to have had previous cat owners and the carpet was covered in cat pee!! It was horrendous so the landlord pulled it up recemented and laid down new carpet. Since then i've been fine until 3 days ago!
I cannot take deep breaths, so i have to breathe really shallow (which i actually normally do) but its a problem b/c i'm active and this is impairing me!! I feel like my chest has a heavy weight on it when i try to breathe deeply and sometimes when i exhale my breath sort of shudders. I've tried tea, massage, steam, cold water, my mini-inhaler and now and anti-histamine and nothing's working!
Does this sound like asthma and if so, how can i fix it?

Pease help....thanks!
