my daughters left  eye pupil is bigger than the other.is there any kind of explanation for this please as i cant get to see the health visito untill wednesday and would like to know if its serious or not

A difference in pupil size could sometimes be a sign of a significant problem and sometimes can be a normal variation.  I don't want to make any assumptions about her situation.  My advice is to take her to see a board-certified pediatric ophthalmologist.  You can use the search feature at www.aao.org to find one.
